Scope and permission
Effective August 1, 2026. By using FABtastic, you agree to these terms. FABtastic is provided for personal, noncommercial use. You may browse its public pages and use its ordinary filters, clipboard, and deck export features for that purpose.
Restricted uses
You may not bulk-extract or systematically collect FABtastic data, mirror or republish the site or its datasets, sell or license them, circumvent technical controls, or use them to build or operate a substantially similar or competing dataset, product, or service. You may not access the site in a way that disrupts it or creates unreasonable load. Written permission is required for uses outside the limited permission above.
Third-party material
FABtastic is unofficial fan content. It does not claim ownership of Flesh and Blood, card names, artwork, source decklists, trademarks, or other material belonging to Legend Story Studios or other third parties. These terms grant no rights in that material and do not replace any third party's terms.
FABtastic material
To the extent protected by law, FABtastic's original code, design, text, and original selection, arrangement, and compilation of material are reserved. No open-source or other license is granted for them. The only permission given by these terms is the limited right to use the public site described above.
Data and provenance
Statistics are derived from public decklists and data supplied by external services. Sources can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or unavailable. Legalities are current snapshots rather than a complete historical record. Verify important information with the official source before relying on it.
Availability and responsibility
FABtastic and its data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, FABtastic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
